Things parents ask us
You probably have one of these questions
If yours isn’t here — just WhatsApp us. We reply.
From what age to what age do you see children?
Birth to 16 years. Newborns, infants, toddlers, school-age children, teenagers — all welcome. Dr Garima has looked after children at every stage.
Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome — we’ll never turn a worried parent away. That said, booking on WhatsApp first usually means a shorter wait for you.
What if something feels urgent during the day?
Call us directly at +91 96253 64690 during clinic hours. If it’s after hours and serious, go to your nearest emergency — WhatsApp us at the same time and Dr Garima will guide you remotely.
Is teleconsultation available on Sundays?
Not currently. Sunday consultations are in-clinic only, by appointment. Teleconsult runs Monday to Saturday.
How does the vaccination reminder actually work?
Just WhatsApp us your child’s name and date of birth. We log it, map the full IAP schedule, and send you a reminder 7 days before each vaccine is due. Nothing falls through.
Do you really send a WhatsApp summary after every visit?
Every single visit. Diagnosis, medicines, dosage, and what to watch for — all in writing, on your phone, by the same evening. Because we know you won’t remember everything Dr Garima said the moment you step outside with a tired child.
What if my concern feels minor or silly?
It isn’t. Bring it anyway. Dr Garima will never make you feel like you wasted a trip. The parents who ask ‘small’ questions often catch things early that matter later.
Worried about something? Let's talk.
In clinic or online — Dr Garima is available six days a week. No concern is too small when it’s your child.
